These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and pkr92 ("pkr92," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr92 website located at pkr92.co, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the pkr92 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

The pkr92 Platform is intended solely for adults. To register an account and use any service on pkr92, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pkr92 operates as a strictly 18+ platform and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pkr92 is lawful in your location before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or operating an account on pkr92.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which pkr92 has specifically restricted access.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pkr92 or any of its affiliated companies.

Pakistani players are specifically reminded that they bear personal and sole legal responsibility for ensuring that their participation on pkr92 is compliant with Pakistani law and any other applicable legal framework. pkr92 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

To access real-money features on pkr92, you must register a single, personal account. The following rules apply to all pkr92 account registrations:

• One account per person. Only one registered account is permitted per individual player. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr92 login credentials. You must notify pkr92 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• KYC verification. pkr92 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include government-issued Pakistani identification (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Non-transferability. pkr92 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your pkr92 account.

All financial transactions on pkr92 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr92 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per rolling period and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may trigger account suspension pending investigation.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallet deposits typically reflect within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer processing times are subject to each bank's operational schedules.
• pkr92 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently; pkr92 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party charges.
• pkr92 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals of PKR balances are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. pkr92 will not release funds to an unverified account.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by pkr92 compliance following a formal review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per rolling period.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to verification status, payment method processing times, and compliance review requirements.
• pkr92 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account compromise, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Bonus-funded balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

All betting and gaming activity on pkr92 is subject to the specific game and sport rules displayed within the relevant sections of the Platform, as well as the following general terms:

• Once a bet is confirmed and a unique bet reference number is issued, that bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the User. pkr92 reserves the right to void or amend bets in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to system errors, feed errors, or events of force majeure.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer titles, by the outcomes of physical dealing and spinning processes under the supervision of trained dealers. pkr92 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet outcome, the pkr92 server log shall be the definitive record. No claim based solely on a screenshot or client-side display will be accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game titles and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of play.
• pkr92 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend wagering privileges for any account at its reasonable discretion, including for accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or other prohibited practices.

pkr92 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional specific terms published with each promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested.
• pkr92 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or disqualify a player from a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have not previously claimed the same or equivalent offer. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once through multiple accounts or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• pkr92 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion and may discontinue all or any promotional activity at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr92 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one pkr92 account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using pkr92 for money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in pkr92 systems
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games or making matched bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements
• Engaging in chargeback or payment reversal fraud against pkr92
• Allowing or facilitating access to your pkr92 account by any person under the age of 18
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening pkr92 staff or other players via any communication channel

pkr92 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on PKR deposits to your account.
• Session time limits: Configure session duration alerts to remind you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from pkr92. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Reality check: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net play result.

pkr92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• The account holder has failed to pass required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users
• The account holder has been identified as a minor

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, pkr92 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been acquired through prohibited conduct, they may be forfeited in full. Players who voluntarily request account closure in good standing will have their verified balance returned via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr92 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond pkr92's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Any reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform

pkr92's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

pkr92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkr92 will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. pkr92 may also notify registered players of significant amendments via the contact information associated with their account, though failure to receive such notification shall not invalidate the amended Terms.

Your continued use of the pkr92 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pkr92 support.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
